SHIPPING POLICIES

We use USPS for our standard shipping. UPS 2nd Day, 3 day select and Ground shipping for firearm purchases. All orders placed directly through our website ship approximately within 3 to 5 business days. If your order was place by phone or email, then it will ship within 5 to 7 days. Once the order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number for your package. This confirmation and tracking number will be emailed to you.

All rifle, shotgun, and ammunition orders are shipped UPS Ground (no PO Box addresses please).
Handgun orders will either ship UPS Air or USPS Priority mail at the discretion of True Aim Tactical, LLC.
Accessory orders may be shipped via UPS Ground or any method offered by the USPS at the discretion of True Aim Tactical, LLC.
Firearms will ONLY ship to an FFL holder (or C&R license holder if applicable). If you do not have an FFL, then you must find one in your area to handle the transfer for you.

No Packing Peanuts! Transferee will be charged

ORDERING

The "In Stock" and "Out of Stock" status on the website are manually changed and on occasion will be incorrect.
PayPal is not to be used for ANY Firearm or Firearm accessory purchases. Your payment will be refunded.
For phone/email orders, credit/debit cards are processed prior to order shipment and charged a 3.5% merchant fee.
Please note: Due to fraudulent credit card charges we are requiring the billing and shipping address to be the same. Order will be canceled unless discussed over the phone with us.

True Aim Tactical, LLC issues quotes to, and sells to federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, individual officers, reserve officers, affiliated government agencies, US military, individual military personnel, retired military with retired id, retired law enforcement, DHS/TSA employees, licensed security officers, affiliated training facilities, FFL dealers, firefighters, EMS, corrections, prosecutors, and district attorneys. True Aim Tactical, LLC also does sales to the civilian market or individuals.

Ammunition Restrictions:

Federal law requires that you must be at least 18 years old to purchase shotgun ammunition and 21 years or older to purchase handgun and rifle ammunition.

In most states, you do not need an FFL to purchase ammunition online.
We can ship ammunition to your door via UPS Ground.
For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition.
Always make sure you use the correct ammunition for your specific firearm.
Check your local laws for any other regulations before ordering.

Due to various state/local restrictions regarding ammunition, we are unable to ship orders containing ammunition to shipping addresses in the following states/territories at this time:

You must be 18 or older to purchase long guns and 21 or older to purchase hand guns. Check your local & state laws.

California - Handguns must be CA Approved. Rifles must be CA Approved.

Connecticut - No Semi-Auto Rifles

Maryland - Firearms sales only to Class 01 FFL Dealer. Varying restrictions on "Assault Weapons"

Massachusetts - No Handguns, Varying restrictions on "Assault Weapons"

New Jersey - Firearms sales only to Class 01 FFL Dealer. Varying restrictions on "Assault Weapons"

New York - No"Assault Weapons", No Handguns (NYC)

Washington D.C. - No Firearms

Restrictions on High Capacity Magazines:

If a state is not listed below then higher capacity magazines may be legal. Please check your local laws before ordering large capacity magazines.

*A large capacity magazine is any ammunition feeding device with the capacity to accept more than prohibited by the city or state.*

California: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in CA except to law enforcement or customers with high capacity magazine permit. Due to passage of Law CA AB48 we are no longer selling any magazine repair kits as of 12/07/2013.

Chicago and other counties within IL: No magazines over the below capacities will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in the following areas.

Aurora, Illinois: maximum capacity of 15 rounds
Cook County, Illinois: maximum capacity of 10 rounds
Chicago, Illinois: maximum capacity of 10 rounds

Colorado: No magazines over 15 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in CO.

Connecticut: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in CT. As of 10/1/13 in order to comply with CT Senate Bill No. 1160 magazines holding 10 rounds or less can only be purchased if buyer provides a copy of driver's license and ONE of the following: state handgun carry permit, long gun certificate, or ammunition certificate.

Delaware: No magazines over 17 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in DE.

District of Columbia: No magazines over 10 rounds capacity will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in DC.

Hawaii: No magazines over 10 rounds that are compatible with any pistol (to include magazines compatible with both a pistol and rifle) will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in HI.

Maryland: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in MD.

Massachusetts: No magazines over 5 shotgun shells and over 10 rounds for Rifles & Pistols will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in MA.

New Jersey: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in NJ.

New York: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in NY.

Rhode Island: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in RI.

Vermont: No magazines over 10 rounds for Rifles and over 15 rounds for Pistols will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in VT.

Washington: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in WA.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to research and obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws in regard to the possession, use, and sale of any magazine purchased from True Aim Tactical, LLC

NOTE: For all other states, we can ship most blackpowder firearms directly to you.

RETURN POLICIES

For return items:

Contact us to be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
Ship the item(s) back to us in the original package (in brand new condition). Thoroughly wrap and box item(s) making sure all parts are secure. It's best to place insurance on the package and retain your tracking information. We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages during transit. Do not ship item(s) back without first receiving an RMA#.
Refunds for item(s) purchased will be applied to the original debit/credit card used. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles of your statement for the refund to appear.
Returns/Exchanges must be completed within 30 days of placing your order.
Re-stocking fees may apply to items returned. (True Aim Tactical, LLC does not refund and/or pay for return shipping of items.)
